I do not know why i got it

This is sooooo small and sooooo cute. I just had to get it. I donot use it but i love it.

the size is really small so it doesn’t serve many purposes but it had to be added in my cookware collection, because it looked so cute.
i love making eggs on it though

taking care of cast iron

I like to use this skillet on a gas stove or stick in in my coal BBQ grill.
I always put a tea spoon of olive oil in the pan as it heats up.
Nothing ever stuck (as long as I get the food out while the pan is hot.... (a cold pan with cold oil will grab onto the food)
The thick cast iron distributes heat evenly across the pan.
After cooking, just hand wash the pan with hot water and dish soap. Rinse AND dry, wipe down with vegetable or olive oil.
