**Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy**

At Krucible Kitchen, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange, no questions asked.

**Process:**

1. **Return/Exchange Request**:

Notify our customer service team about your return or exchange request at +92-328-7711001. 

2. **Shipping**:

Send the product to our factory address at:
Krucible Kitchen 

19 KM Multan Road, Opposite Chung Grid Station, Lahore. 

3. **Processing Time**:

Upon receiving the returned product, we will process your exchange or refund within 48 hours.

**Refunds**:

The refund amount will be credited to the account provided by you. The delivery charges are third party and would not be refunded. 

**Exchanges**:

The exchange product will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your return. Please note delivery charges would be charged again for the exchange.  

Please ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging when returning.
